Shipping and delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors. Once handed over to the carrier, the risk and title transfer to you.

Our webshop runs on Shopify, but all transactions are managed by Julea Studio. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for purchases or any damages resulting from the use of our services. Shopify acts only as a platform provider and is not a party to our agreements with you.
10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All data processing follows our Privacy Policy, available on the website. When using Shopify, their privacy rules may also apply.
11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback or ideas, we may use, modify, and share them globally and free of charge without obligation to compensate you. You confirm that you own the feedback and that it is free from third-party claims. We are not obliged to publish or use your input but may do so.
