Our estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days (shipped Monday to Friday). In total, you can expect a delivery time of 5–8 business days. Please note that external factors (such as courier delays) may affect this timeframe.

Yes, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

3. Where is Julea Studio located?
Answer:
Julea Studio is a Netherlands-based online jewelry store. We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands and Belgium.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
Answer:
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

5. What if I receive a defective item?
Answer:
Please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost. See our return policy for details.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it. Please send us an email immediately to request cancellation.

7. What is your return policy?

You can return unopened and unworn jewelry within 30 days. Please read our full return policy for the conditions.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
