Shipping Policy

At Julea Studio, we do our best to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find an overview of our shipping process.


Processing & Delivery Time

Once you place an order through our webshop, we immediately start processing it. Please note the following schedule:

  • Latest order time: 17:00

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Please note that personalised and customised jewelry requires a little extra time.
These pieces take 2–3 business days to craft before shipping. Once completed, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link.
You’ll also receive a notification once the package has been delivered.


Shipping Costs

At Julea Studio, you enjoy free shipping on all orders.
This condition may change during special promotions or campaigns.


Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also follow your package via our Order Tracking page.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check that your delivery address is correct.

  2. Look around your home, mailbox, or with neighbours.

  3. Ask family members or housemates.

  4. Contact the courier using your tracking number.

If the package is confirmed lost after investigation, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Damaged Deliveries

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
    We’ll review your case and arrange either a replacement or refund.
    Damage during shipment is fully covered by us, provided it’s reported on time.


Delays

Although we aim for fast delivery, external factors such as carrier delays, customs checks, or weather conditions may occasionally cause setbacks.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.
