Processing & Delivery
Since our products are personalised and customised, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
After that, your order will be shipped, which typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery.
Please note that personalised and customised items cannot be returned or refunded, as each piece is made uniquely for you.
Return Period
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Returns must be approved first. You will then receive the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Conditions for Returns
We only accept returns of jewelry that has not been worn or opened and remains in its original condition — including tags and packaging.
Earrings can only be returned if the seal has not been broken due to hygiene reasons.
Personalised or customised items (for example, engraved or made-to-order jewelry) cannot be returned or refunded, as each piece is made uniquely for you.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in cases where we have delivered a defective or incorrect item.
Your return must also include the original proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Note: Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Modify an Order
Would you like to modify your order? Please contact us within 2 hours after placing it.
After that time, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge — provided the correct shipping address was used.
If you choose not to receive a replacement, we will wait 10 days before processing a possible refund.
Damages or Issues
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please inform us within 48 hours.
Email us with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Accepted: No, we do not offer a direct exchange service.
Instructions: If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item following the instructions above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product through our webshop.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 10 working days.
The refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
